MY STORY
My work strives to harmonize environmental, technological, and scientific forms to create objects which make demands on the viewer in new and different ways. I capture this using recycled materials and this is a fundamental part to my creative lifestyle. I enjoy gathering the discarded, unwanted, and mundane things giving them a second life and promoting recycling. Having exhibited and attended artist workshops in places such as South Africa, Zimbabwe, England, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sydney Australia to mention a few, I want to remain dedicated and passionate to my work in response to my current environment. My Art comprising of assemblages, found objects, welded metal, or carved stone, transcends between indoor and outdoor spaces. I want to emphasize that art is not confined or defined by accolades one may receive but it is a process or a result of continuous and effortless creativity.
